Our team has extensive experience in labour law disputes, having represented and advised a diverse number of clients in multiple sectors including National, Provincial and Local Government, Higher Education, Banking and Retail. We have advised on complex employment law issues such as industrial action and strikes, retrenchments, incapacity, employment equity, disciplinary hearings and unfair labour practice disputes. We have advised on a number of matters in relation to professional football teams and players in the South African NSL, including but not limited to disputes pertaining to the NSL constitution and rules. We are also able to appear on behalf of players and football teams at the NSL Dispute Resolution Chambers.
We are able to act as player and coach agents and to assist in negotiating and concluding sponsorship and endorsement agreements on behalf of our clients.
HR and ER Training
Our HR and ER training services are directed towards empowering our clients’ HR, ER and managerial staff in relation to a wide range of employment and workplace related issues. Our services in this regard include the following:

03 FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS, FRAUD AND CORRUPTION AND WHITE-COLLAR CRIME

We provide opinion and advice to clients in relation to remedial steps aimed at correcting flaws in internal policies and procedures, flowing from our forensic findings and recommendations.
